REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Haughty by BlondeWide, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We are committed to delivering high-quality products, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  - The product must be in its original packaging
  - Lace, wigs, and hair products must not be installed, cut, colored, or altered
• - No return for any food related products.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or tampered hair products.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

Please note:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Used or installed wigs/hair
- Customized or altered products
- Clearance or final sale items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
